Village Idiot
When Bill was out we met our friends Stacey and German at the local brewpub BJs. As we were enjoying the conversation the Folsom village idiot joined us and just wouldn't leave. Bill was being nice to him initially so that just encouraged it. He ended up giving Bill his phone #.

The wording here is confusing. He did give me number so I could contact him about using music from the 6 punk bands he represented in a future project...not because he's gay.
Years ago I lived in a town so small that there was no town drunk. We all just took turns.
