I downloaded the new Billy Corgen (of Smashing Pumpkins/Zwan fame). I like his style so I'm looking forward to listening. I'm also going to go see a cool band in concert called "Motion City Soundtrack". They're great. Ever heard of them Jenny? I just got their new CD and it's good!

Looks like my special prosecutor case is going to go forward. They guy is charged with 1st degree assault and use of a weapon to commit a felony. Maximum penalty is 40 years in prision. Should be a fun trial.

I'm participating in the community olympics this weekend. I'll be competing at tennis, running a 5K (with Yuki), and playing water polo amoung other activities. Should be fun.
