Saving a Turtle!

Jack spotted a good sized turtle in the street in front of our house.  We relocated him to a nearby pond and it immediately crawled into the water, sat for a bit and then disappeared!

I had Jack's poem hanging in the garage and the tape finally gave out so the time has come to commit it to the web and recycle the paper!   It is a few years old at this point and when Jack read it a few days ago he didn't think it was very good.  I always liked it though...

We made Elle's cane from a worn out lacrosse stick we scored at Goodwill and some pink glitter paint. We topped it with a giraffe beanie baby duct taped on!

First Gainesville House

Jack and I went out this morning in search of breakfast as well as the first house I lived in as a baby.  We found both.  The house, at 7806 7th Ave. NE seemed nice.  Breakfast at Chick-fil-was tasty as well.  Missions accomplished.
