Halloween was a success with Jack and several of his friends gathering at our house to begin the annual stomp through the neighborhood. For some reason the kids started chanting "Trick or Treat - Candy Pete" through the streets and that's also what they said when people opened their doors to give them candy.
My theory as to why? Several of them had been corrected when saying, "Trick or Treat, Smell My Feet, Give Me Something Good to Eat" so they morphed it to Trick or Treat - Candy Pete...
Surprisingly, Elle seemed to really enjoy the trick or treating. She was strolled for most of it and carried for some.
