Eating a Gingerbread House

After you make your gingerbread house, you should photograph it and admire it for a few moments. At that point, you must make a decision. You either choose to immediately smash and consume the house, or leave it up as a decoration. I chose the former.

First step, hack your house into cookie sized pieces with a large knife. Second step, enjoy, then store the leftover ginger cookies in a sealed container.
