Yuki Enters Twitterverse
I was milling around Target when I happened upon some deeply discounted electronics. I found and bought an item of interest called "Puppy Tweets". It's an electronic dongle that hangs off a dog's collar. The dongle has motion detection and a microphone for audio detection. It transmits to a USB receiver that hooks up to a computer and ties into software which broadcasts to a Twitter account.
I have installed this Puppy Tweets device onto Yuki and onto my laptop. Yuki is now sending out tweets with his movements and barking. You can follow Yuki on twitter. His account is @MyDogYuki. Here's a link: http://twitter.com/#!/MyDogYuki

McDonalds' Oatmeal Reviewed!
In a word...good. In two words...very good.
The new McDonalds oatmeal is a very good option if you are planning breakfast at McDonalds. Skip the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and get the oats and a cup of coffee and you'll come out way ahead...at least your arteries will.
The oatmeal comes packed with cranberries, apples and raisins coupled with a little brown sugar. Tangeman Family Blog gives it two thumbs up.

Holiday Retrospective - 2010
The whirlwind of babies, visitors and Christmas has wound down leaving Steph and I to figure out our "steady state" with the addition of little Estelle Claire....btw - she's officially recognized by our government now.
Rick, Jack and I took a trip to the Sacramento Train Museum one evening and caught a pretty sunset across the river...
Also across the river is the new and very classy looking California State Teachers' Retirement System building. The teachers must be doing pretty well to fund a building like this!
The river was running high after several days of heavy rain.
Here's our table before Christmas dinner (for the record it was Christmas Eve).
Twas the night before Christmas...
Santa made it! The reindeer food we sprinkled on the yard must have helped.
Jack loved seeing Swiper the Fox peaking out of the top of his stocking. He squealed for joy as he ran towards it. Then he discovered Stinky the garbage truck!
